• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: €12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt. Please follow the steps below:

Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as neoprene suits and neoprene shoes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or faulty.
